Cirencester U13s enter North Gloucs League
Thursday 4 December 2003

Seven clubs will play in a new county-wide league for under 13 cricketers in Gloucestershire. The idea behind the North Gloucestershire Youth League is to give youngsters a longer form of the game to aid their progression from junior to senior cricket.

Cheltenham, Cirencester, Hatherley and Reddings, Frocester, Gloucester, Lydney and Stroud will play in the newly formed league next summer. The under 13s will play 35 overs per side, and there will be two time-out sessions where managers and coaches can stop play and give advice.
