of the Annual General Meeting held at the Clubhouse on Monday the 4th October
2004
Thursday 21 October 2004
The Chairman opened the Meeting at 7.40pm.
Members present :- 25 in number.

2. Minutes of the 2003 A.G.M.
The Secretary read the Minutes to the meeting - they were signed by the Chairman as a true record of the Meeting.
3. Matters arising - None.
7. Treasurer's Report
The Treasurer produced a provisional balance sheet as at 4th October 2004 showing a balance to carry forward of £8,574. This total will be reduced by approx £4,050 (estimated liabilities) to give an estimated "real" total of £4,524 to carry forward. The Treasurer will produce a final balance sheet and forward to the Auditors. The Treasurer was duly thanked for all his excellent work during the past year and the Accounts were accepted by the meeting subject to audit.

* It was agreed that a Senior & Junior Cricket Sub-committees be set up (as last season) to organise senior/junior cricket and appoint suitable members to the above vacancies
9. Subscriptions & Fees 2005
It was agreed that the Committee should make any necessary changes based on the current rates.
10. Auditors
D Shackleton & T Cambray were appointed to audit the accounts by the Meeting.

County League AGM - 5th October 2004
CDCA AGM - 19th October 2004.
Full Committee Meeting - Monday 8th November 2004, 7:30pm at the Clubhouse
Senior/Junior Sub-Committee Meetings - Monday 15th November 2004 at the Clubhouse.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 8.47pm.
